Enterprise Financial Services Corp founders Fred Eller, Kevin Eichner and Ronald
Henges in the late 1980s envisioned a full-service financial company that would
serve the lifetime financial needs of privately- held businesses and their
owners. The concept was to blend exceptional service with top-flight banking
and wealth management products. In 1988, they launched the first banking
location in the St. Louis area and aptly named it Enterprise Bank.
To allow for growth into new service lines, the entrepreneurs who launched the
banking business formed Enterbank Holdings, Inc. in 1995 to integrate all
businesses. In 2002 shareholders approved changing the company's name to
Enterprise Financial Services Corp to better reflect this emerging family of
businesses.
Enterprise Financial is a high growth financial services holding company which
addresses the needs of privately-held businesses, their owner families and
other success minded individuals through two principal lines of business:

Kansas City markets. Enterprise Financial expanded outside St. Louis with the
June 2000 acquisition of the former First Commercial Bank through a merger with
its parent company, Commercial Guaranty Bancshares, Inc. In February 2005 the
Company's stock was listed on NASDAQ's Global Market. In October 2005
Enterprise acquired Millennium Brokerage Group, a life insurance advisory and
brokerage organization headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee with thirteen
offices supporting operations in 49 states. In 2006 Enterprise acquired
