Nicole is Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Enterprise Financial Services Corp. Nicole previously served as Chief Risk Officer and General Counsel of Enterprise Bank & Trust. She was an attorney at Jenkins and Kling, P.C. and Principal prior to joining Enterprise in 2014.

Gary is AVP, Business Banker and has been with Enterprise Bank & Trust for 11 years. He impacts his clients by educating them on banking services, helping them reach their financial goals and connecting them to one another in the St. Louis community. He is based in Sunset Hills.
Forrest Mann

Julie Egan
Julie is VP, Specialty Banking Relationship Manager on the Specialized Banking team. Julie specializes in escrow and legal services related to mergers and acquisitions, class action lawsuits, private equity fund management, dissolution of assets and more. She guides clients through complex financial transactions and collaborates closely with M&A advisors, CPAs and attorneys to provide seamless solutions and ensure accuracy and efficiency. Julie has 17 years of experience in banking, more than a decade of which with Enterprise Bank & Trust.
