In its seventh year, the “Best Banks to Work For” program by the American Banker industry publication and Best Companies Group, recognizes the top 85 banks nationwide with exceptional employee satisfaction through an extensive review and analysis.
Enterprise Bank was evaluated for its workplace policies, demographics and practices. An employee survey was conducted to evaluate individualized feedback on workplace attitudes and satisfaction levels. The combined scores for both steps formulated the top Best Banks list and final rankings.
