Enterprise Bank & Trust, the banking subsidiary of Enterprise Financial Services Corp (NASDAQ: EFSC), has named John Stefek as Senior Vice President - Director of Marketing.
Stefek is responsible for further developing marketing strategy and executing marketing programs through both digital and traditional marketing channels. He will ensure alignment of marketing with the sales, financial and product plans, and partner with leaders across the organization to promote Enterprise’s growth.
Stefek comes to Enterprise from Citibank, where he most recently served within the marketing department as SVP, Global Digital Operations Director. In this role, John was tasked with driving the company’s transformation from legacy communication channel execution to a fully integrated, omni-channel platform. With more than 25 years in marketing leadership, his experience also includes time at Wells Fargo, where he served as VP, Online Sales & Marketing.
